We have been buying and selling of REO assets as well as houses from individual owners across the Kansas City Metro Area since 2000.  We have bought and sold over 100 house personally and assisted in 100′s of REO transactions as a consultant. Most recently we have been buying and renovating to sell to end buyers using funding from private partners.

We have funding waiting to be spent on properties but have hit a lack of houses, so we have expanded our purchasing to Bulk REO, non-performing notes, and defaulted notes. We have acquired and honed marketing and negotiation skills through which all types of real estate transactions have been completed. We have withstood the market ups and downs in the past few years by being flexible and reinventing our business.

We have partnered with many different real estate professionals to acquire assets for investment and continue to grow our network through our group Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors.
